You want to do renovations or additions to your home and need someone to draw up a basic set of drawings to make sure what you have in mind works. You need some basic advice on building regulations and someone to sign off and submit your drawings to your city council. Your construction budget does not exceed R1,2mill.

What you can expect:
Advice on where on your property you are allowed to build, what building regulations you will need to keep in mind.

A clear step-by-step guide of the building process from planning to completion.
Reviewing the structural implications, practicality of sizing and arrangement of your ideas with you.

Accurate measuring up of your property if required as well as generating a base set of drawings to start from.
​
Sourcing & Consultation and with industry professionals if required.
Depending on your building and what is on record, you may need certain specialists to give their input and sign off your drawings. We have trusted partners we work with and will handle all communications and processes for you. This could include Structural Engineers, Land Surveyors, Town Planners, etc.

Submission to the city council, frequently following up and attending to any queries.

Additional costs to budget for:

A fixed rate per m² or a minimum submission fee (determined by your municipality)
