You need a set of updated approved plans of your existing home / building.

Building size: 201m² - 400m²

For homes this typically includes 3+ bedrooms, multiple entertainment spaces, 2/3 garages and possibly an outbuilding.
4 - 5 weeks to submission
BASE FEE
R20 000,00 excl VAT
LARGE PLAN
You need a set of updated approved plans of your existing home / building.

Building size: 401+m²
​
For homes this typically includes 4+ bedrooms with multiple entertainment areas, multiple garages and possible outbuildings.
5 - 6 weeks to submission

Depending on your building and what is on record, you may need certain specialists to give their input and sign off your drawings. We have trusted partners we work with and will handle all communications and processes for you. This could include Structural Engineers, Land Surveyors, Town Planners, etc.

Submission to council, frequently following up and attending to any queries.
